At DKS Designs we make every effort to please you. Unfortunately, there are times when it just doesn't work. Our Cancellation and Return Policies will explain the conditions under which we will accept cancellations and returns.
On custom ordered gems, jewelry, or services, a non-refundable "Committment Deposit" of 50% of the total is due at time of order. No materials will be ordered or work begun until this deposit has been received and cleared our bank. All original concepts, artwork, and designs remain the sole and exclusive property of DKS Designs, Inc. All rights to recreate, develop, enhance, modify, manufacture, or otherwise produce and market, license or otherwise distribute said designs shall remain with the designer, and shall be defended.
DKS Designs Cancellation Policy
At DKS Designs we understand that things can change, and you may have to cancel an order for a stock item or a custom design. Because of shipping and manufacturing schedules, we must adhere to certain requirements. To cancel an order for a stock item, the following terms apply:
- Receipt of a cancellation request, in writing, to DKS Designs prior to shipment (once the item is shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for further instructions);
- All cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee;
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Receipt of a cancellation request, in writing, to DKS Designs prior to start of the manufacturing process;
- Any deposit or down payment is forfeited;
- Additional expenses may be imposed if resources invested exceed the deposit or down payment.
DKS Designs Return Policy
If you purchase a stock item and find you don't like it, you may return it for a full refund. The terms for returns are:
- Items must be in original condition;
- Return must be made within 15 days of purchase;
- Items must be returned in original box and packaging;
- Items must be accompanied with the original sales receipt and a letter stating the reason for return;
- Full refund, for the item, will be issued within 10 days of receipt of the returned item.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded.
On all memorandum goods, recipient agrees to accept complete and unconditional responsibility for care, replacement or repair to original condition of all goods so entrusted, from moment of receipt until moment of return.
